O profissional será responsável por garantir o funcionamento dos recursos tecnológicos, realizando suporte de segundo nível, instalação de equipamentos, atendimento VIP e resolução de incidentes de hardware e software. A posição contempla atividades semelhantes às atualmente executadas pelos técnicos residentes do ambiente Vivara.Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidades

Prestar suporte presencial aos usuários corporativos e executivos. Realizar atendimento de incidentes e requisições de microinformática. Instalar, configurar e substituir notebooks, desktops, smartphones e periféricos. Executar processos de onboarding, movimentação e desligamento de colaboradores. Realizar diagnóstico e troubleshooting de hardware, software e sistema operacional Windows. Efetuar backup e restauração de equipamentos. Apoiar a gestão de ativos de TI e controle de estoque de equipamentos. Atuar no suporte a ambientes fabris, centros de distribuição e escritórios. Apoiar a configuração de impressoras e equipamentos conectados à rede. Acionar fabricantes e fornecedores para atendimento de garantia quando necessário. Registrar e documentar atendimentos na ferramenta ITSM. Atualizar procedimentos e artigos da base de conhecimento (KCS). Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Infraestrutura, Redes, Telecom, Sistemas e Segurança da Informação na resolução de incidentes. Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs e a satisfação dos usuários atendidos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou concluído em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com suporte técnico presencial (Field Service).Conhecimento de Windows 10 e 11.Conhecimento de Microsoft 365.Experiência com instalação e configuração de notebooks, desktops e smartphones.Conhecimento de Active Directory, Entra ID ou soluções de gestão de identidade.Vivência com ferramentas ITSM.Conhecimentos básicos de redes TCP/IP, Wi-Fi e impressão corporativa.Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com usuários.
