Descrição do cargo:Analisar e executar atividades relacionadas ao suporte e desenvolvimento do sistema ERP da organização, contribuindo para o correto funcionamento, parametrização, integração de dados e atendimento às demandas das áreas, apoiando a melhoria dos processos e a confiabilidade das informações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a sustentação e o pleno funcionamento do sistema ERP;Analisar e otimizar processos de negócio suportados pelo ERP;Parametrizar e manter o sistema conforme regras e necessidades da organização;Atuar como interface entre áreas usuárias e tecnologia para definição de soluções;Garantir a integridade, consistência e disponibilidade das informações no sistema;Atender, analisar e solucionar chamados relacionados ao ERP, realizando diagnóstico de incidentes e propondo correções técnicas ou funcionais;Parametrizar módulos do sistema ERP, configurando regras, cadastros, perfis de acesso e fluxos operacionais conforme necessidades do negócio;Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos junto às áreas usuárias, propondo melhorias sistêmicas e adequações de processos;Monitorar rotinas, integrações e processamento de dados do ERP, identificando inconsistências e assegurando a integridade das informações;Elaborar e manter documentação técnica e funcional, bem como orientar e capacitar usuários quanto à correta utilização do sistema.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Ensino Superior Completo em TI, Ciências da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou Estatística;Experiência em ERP, suporte as áreas de negócio, projetos e usuários chaves/finais, Consulta a banco de dados, Desenvolvimento e manutenção de sistemas legados, Análise de regras de negócio;Domínio da linguagem AdvPL (Advanced Protheus Language), SQL, JavaScript e PHP;Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office.Requisitos Desejáveis:Pós-Graduação ou MBA Em Ciências de Dados;Certificações como ITIL Foundation e Microsoft 365.Informações adicionaisVale alimentação ou refeição (cartão Alelo de bandeira ELO, que funciona na modalidade crédito);Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida;Cartão Alelo Saldo Livre;Total Pass;Day Off;VA/VR nas férias;Programa Auster: suporte psicológico, orientação jurídica e financeira para o seu bem-estar;Saúde facilitada: consultas médicas online por meio da Salvia.
