Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Trade Marketing Sênior para atuar como parceira estratégica das regionais de vendas, desenvolvendo, executando e acompanhando iniciativas que fortalecem a presença da marca, impulsionam resultados comerciais e geram valor para nossos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e executar ações de visibilidade em pontos de venda, como fachadas, mobiliários, comunicação visual e materiais promocionais.Desenvolver e gerir campanhas de sell out, desde a construção da mecânica até a análise dos resultados.Organizar eventos regionais e ações com clientes, garantindo toda a infraestrutura, comunicação e acompanhamento da execução.Apoiar treinamentos comerciais e técnicos, coordenando logística, materiais, brindes e fornecedores.Gerir planos cooperados e investimentos de marketing junto aos clientes.Realizar análises de mercado, desempenho comercial, acompanhamento de vendas e identificação de oportunidades de crescimento.Desenvolver materiais de apoio comercial, campanhas de incentivo e iniciativas para lançamentos e inovação.Atuar na gestão de fornecedores, orçamento e processos administrativos relacionados às ações de Trade Marketing

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Marketing, Administração ou áreas relacionadasExperiência consolidada em Trade Marketing. Vivência com gestão de ações promocionais, eventos e campanhas comerciais. Capacidade analítica para avaliação de resultados e oportunidades de mercado.Habilidade de relacionamento com áreas internas, fornecedores e equipes comerciais. Organização, planejamento e gestão de múltiplos projetos simultaneamente. Conhecimento em gestão orçamentária e acompanhamento de investimentos.
