Conhecendo um pouco mais sobre o grupo Limppano S/A.Somos um time que cuida da limpeza do seu lar gerando bem-estar, no qual combinamos determinação e comprometimento para entregarmos produtos de qualidade.Entendemos que para obter os melhores resultados, precisamos dos melhores profissionais.Estamos à procura de talentos que sejam criativos, inovadores e ousados na busca por conhecimento, que tragam resultados sustentáveis ao Grupo Limppano. Se você tem prazer em contribuir, gosta do que faz, e é focado em resultados essa VAGA é para VOCÊ!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do cargo: Apoiar o planejamento, execução e acompanhamento das estratégias de Trade Marketing por canal, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da marca nos pontos de venda, a execução das ações comerciais e promocionais e o crescimento do sell out.Principais responsabilidades:Apoiar a construção e atualização do plano anual de Trade Marketing por canal;Apoiar o desdobramento das estratégias e ações para clientes e canais prioritários;Acompanhar o calendário de ações de visibilidade, ativações e iniciativas de aceleração de sell out;Realizar análises de performance e apoiar a elaboração de relatórios dos principais KPIs de Trade Marketing e comerciais;Identificar oportunidades e gaps nos resultados, contribuindo com informações para definição de planos de ação;Acompanhar a execução de positivações, ativações e materiais nos pontos de venda;Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento do budget destinado aos canais, contribuindo para a utilização adequada dos recursos;Apoiar o desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de projetos e ações especiais de Trade Marketing;Prestar suporte à carteira de clientes estratégicos do canal alimentar, contribuindo com demandas comerciais e operacionais;Apoiar a organização e execução de eventos de clientes, como convenções, ações de relacionamento e eventos externos;Apoiar a organização de treinamentos e capacitações para clientes, equipes de vendas e parceiros;Elaborar apresentações, controles e materiais de acompanhamento das ações de Trade Marketing;Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Marketing, Comercial e demais áreas envolvidas na execução das iniciativas.Competências comportamentais:Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Perfil analítico e orientação para resultados;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Proatividade e vontade de aprender;Capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes demandas e prioridades;Senso de urgência e capacidade de acompanhamento;Perfil colaborativo e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Curiosidade e interesse pelo negócio, consumidor e ponto de venda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara você fazer parte do nosso Grupo de talentos, você precisa ter:Formação em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em Trade Marketing, Marketing ou área Comercial;Noções de análise de dados, indicadores comerciais e concorrência;Conhecimento em ações promocionais, visibilidade e ativação no ponto de venda;Excel e PowerPoint; conhecimento em Power BI será um diferencial;Desejável familiaridade com ferramentas de dados de mercado, como Nielsen, Scanntech ou similares;Será diferencial ter atuado em indústria, varejo ou empresas de produtos/bens de consumo;Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em Botafogo.Informações adicionaisAlém de um ambiente desenvolvedor, oferecemos ao nosso time:• Salário compatível com o mercado;• Plano de Saúde;• Plano Odontológico;• Vale transporte;• Seguro de vida;• Convênio com faculdades;• Convênio com farmácias;• Vale Alimentação; • Vale Refeição;
