A Rodrigues Colchões é uma rede varejista com 176 lojas no Norte e Nordeste do Brasil, presente também no segmento de climatização com a Bravolt e, em breve, no de móveis com a Rodrigues Móveis. Buscamos um(a) Analista de Trade Marketing para planejar e executar as ações no ponto de venda, garantindo que a estratégia de marketing chegue de forma consistente às lojas em todas as praças de atuação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, organizar e executar ações de Trade Marketing nas lojas físicas, alinhadas ao calendário comercial, campanhas promocionais e estratégias da empresa;Elaborar cronogramas das ações de campo com antecedência mínima de 5 dias úteis, submetendo-os à aprovação do Head de Marketing antes da execução;Gerenciar os materiais de ponto de venda (POP), acompanhando sua produção, distribuição, instalação e reposição nas lojas das regiões de atuação;Acompanhar e orientar a execução das ações em loja junto aos representantes de Trade Marketing, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de comunicação visual, exposição de produtos e estratégias comerciais;Monitorar, registrar e acompanhar as demandas operacionais e financeiras reportadas pelos representantes regionais, mantendo o controle atualizado por praça;Apoiar o lançamento, implementação e ativação de novos produtos, campanhas e marcas do grupo, como Bravolt e Rodrigues Móveis, assegurando a correta execução no ponto de venda;Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho das ações de Trade Marketing, elaborando relatórios e propondo melhorias para aumentar a eficiência das campanhas;Atuar como elo entre as equipes de Marketing e Vendas, garantindo que campanhas, materiais promocionais e estratégias estejam alinhados às necessidades e particularidades de cada região;Apoiar a gestão de contratos, cronogramas e ativações de mídias externas, como outdoors e demais ações de comunicação, acompanhando sua execução e conformidade;Realizar visitas às lojas para acompanhar a execução das ações, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e fortalecer a experiência do cliente no ponto de venda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade e Propaganda, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em Trade Marketing, Promoção de Vendas, Merchandising ou execução de campanhas no varejo físico;Conhecimento em planejamento, execução e acompanhamento de ações promocionais e campanhas no ponto de venda;Experiência com gestão e distribuição de materiais de merchandising (POP) e acompanhamento de ações em campo;Organização e capacidade para coordenar ações simultâneas em múltiplas lojas e regiões;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para atuar em conjunto com equipes de vendas, representantes regionais e demais áreas da empresa;Conhecimento em Microsoft Excel e/ou Google Sheets para controle de cronogramas, indicadores e relatórios;Perfil analítico, proativo, organizado e orientado para resultados;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes às praças de atuação da empresa;Possuir CNH categoria B será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionaisAlimentação;Plano de Saúde;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida.
