Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar como ANALISTA DE TRADE MARKETING PLENO. Venha fazer parte do nosso time! Responsabilidades e atribuições Centralizar, organizar e acompanhar todas as demandas de campo relacionadas às categorias e linhas de produtos sob sua responsabilidade. Atuar como ponto focal do Back Office para as necessidades operacionais dessas categorias, garantindo alinhamento entre campo, Supervisores e Gerência. Organizar prioridades, prazos e responsáveis de cada demanda, assegurando que os direcionamentos cheguem corretamente à equipe de campo. Acompanhar junto aos Supervisores a execução das demandas e os respectivos prazos de entrega. Consolidar retornos, evidências e status das entregas, mantendo controles e histórico das principais demandas. Identificar pendências, riscos, atrasos e desvios na execução, atuando preventivamente e escalando os pontos críticos quando necessário. Analisar informações e indicadores das categorias e linhas de produtos sob sua responsabilidade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria na operação. Apoiar Supervisores e Gerência na construção e no acompanhamento de planos de ação para correção de desvios e melhoria dos resultados. Garantir a qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações e reports entregues. Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais, propondo ajustes que aumentem a agilidade, organização e efetividade das entregas de campo.Requisitos e qualificações Vivência em operações de campo, varejo, trade marketing ou back office. Capacidade de organização e acompanhamento simultâneo de demandas, prioridades e prazos.Conhecimento de indicadores operacionais e habilidade para consolidar e analisar informações quantitativas e qualitativas. Boa comunicação e relacionamento com equipes de campo, Supervisores, Gerência e áreas internas. Superior completo ou cursando em Administração de Empresas, Marketing ou áreas correlatas. Pacote Office, com Excel e PowerPoint em nível intermediário. Power BI como diferencial.Experiência com o segmento de Eletroportáteis é um diferencial
