Liderar a implementação de lançamentos junto ao time comercial e clientes estratégicos. Garantir cadastros nos clientes prioritários e acompanhar a performance dos produtos. Monitorar indicadores de DN, DP, ruptura, sell-in, sell-out, giro e positivação. Desenvolver treinamentos, materiais de apoio e planos de ação para impulsionar resultados.

Gestão de Verbas de Trade Marketing

·       Planejar, controlar e acompanhar as verbas de Trade Marketing.

Garantir a correta alocação dos investimentos por cliente e ação junto ao time comercial. Monitorar alocação dos investimentos e propor otimizações para maximizar resultados. Apoiar o time comercial na priorização e acompanhamento dos investimentos.

Gestão de Degustações

Planejar e coordenar ações promocionais e degustações nos PDVs. Gerenciar agências e fornecedores responsáveis pelas ativações. Garantir disponibilidade de materiais, produtos e recursos necessários para execução. Acompanhar resultados e identificar oportunidades de melhoria e eficiência.

Performance e Processos

Construir e acompanhar dashboards e indicadores da área. Analisar resultados e gerar recomendações para Marketing e Comercial. Estruturar processos, controles e ferramentas de acompanhamento. Garantir gestão ponta a ponta das iniciativas, do planejamento à mensuração dos resultados.Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Administração, Marketing, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Desejável vivência em Trade Marketing, Marketing ou áreas Comerciais. Vivência lançamentos de produtos, gestão de verbas promocionais e ações no PDV ou indicadores de sell-in, sell-out, DN, DP e ROI será considerado um diferencial Desejável conhecer ferramentas como Scanntech, Excel, Power BI e PowerPoint avançados.
