Na Taglog, braço de armazenagem e transporte do Trust Group, buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na rotina de faturamento e documentação das operações de transporte, garantindo que cada emissão aconteça com precisão, dentro do prazo e de acordo com as informações da operação.Mais do que emitir documentos, essa posição tem papel importante em analisar dados, identificar divergências antes que virem retrabalho, acompanhar pendências e conectar diferentes áreas para que o fluxo aconteça corretamente 🚛Aqui, atenção aos detalhes, senso de responsabilidade e postura preventiva fazem diferença no dia a dia. Buscamos alguém que goste de entender a operação, conferir informações e contribuir para processos mais seguros, organizados e eficientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições · Realizar a emissão, conferência e controle de CT-e, MDF-e e demais documentos fiscais de transporte;

· Analisar previamente as informações da operação, validando NF-es, remetente, destinatário, tomador do frete, origem, destino, valores, pedágio, impostos e demais dados necessários ao faturamento, garantindo que a emissão ocorra de forma correta;

· Realizar cancelamentos, correções, substituições e demais ajustes documentais, quando necessário;

· Acompanhar pendências de faturamento e encerramento de MDF-es, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos;

· Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Operação, Comercial, Fiscal, Financeiro, Armazém e clientes para validar informações e solucionar divergências;

· Manter os controles e registros da área atualizados, garantindo organização e rastreabilidade das operações;

· Identificar falhas, causas de retrabalho e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de faturamento e documentação de transporte.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou completo em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com faturamento de transportes;Conhecimento em CT-e, MDF-e e NF-e;Noções de ICMS, CFOP, CST e CIF/FOB;Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes.⭐ Será considerado diferencialVivência em transportadora ou operador logísticoConhecimento em CIOT, Vale-Pedágio e legislação ANTT;Experiência com o sistema TOTVS 💚 Buscamos alguém com atenção aos detalhes, visão de transporte e foco em precisão nos processos.
