Se você é um profissional pró ativo, flexível a mudanças e disposto a se comprometer com a busca pela melhoria contínua, junte-se a nós!Todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para pessoas com deficiência (PCD's)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na auditoria, avaliação e melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais e administrativos das bases de transbordo das transportadoras, garantindo aderência aos padrões operacionais, controle de riscos, eficiência logística, redução de perdas e conformidade com normas internas e externas, em operações distribuídas nacionalmente.Principais Responsabilidades• Realizar auditorias operacionais e de processos nas bases de transbordo, filiais e parceiros logísticos em todo o território nacional.• Avaliar a conformidade dos processos com procedimentos internos, SLAs, políticas corporativas e requisitos legais.• Mapear fluxos operacionais (recebimento, triagem, armazenagem, cross-docking, carregamento e distribuição).• Identificar falhas operacionais, desvios de processo, gargalos e riscos operacionais.• Analisar indicadores como avarias, extravios, produtividade, tempo de permanência e lead time.• Elaborar relatórios técnicos de auditoria, com evidências, diagnósticos e planos de ação estruturados.• Acompanhar a implementação e a eficácia dos planos de ação junto às lideranças locais e regionais.• Atuar como agente de melhoria contínua, disseminando boas práticas operacionais entre as unidades.• Apoiar a padronização de processos entre bases próprias e terceirizadas.• Realizar auditorias presenciais e remotas, conforme criticidade da operaçãoCompetências Técnicas• Auditoria de processos operacionais e logísticos• Conhecimento em operações de transporte rodoviário de cargas• Vivência em bases de transbordo, hubs logísticos e cross-docking• Mapeamento e redesenho de processos (fluxogramas)• Análise de indicadores operacionais• Conhecimento em:• Controle de avarias e extravios• Gestão de riscos operacionais• Custos logísticos e produtividade• Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e executivos• Conhecimento em normas e boas práticas:• ISO 9001 (diferencial)• Compliance operacional• Domínio de Excel intermediário/avançado (análise de dados)• Familiaridade com sistemas TMS, WMS ou ERP logístico (diferencial)Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Industrial ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Logística, Gestão de Processos, Qualidade, Auditoria ou áreas afins será considerado diferencial.Excel Intermédio/Avançado.Conhecimento em Power BI.CNH (Categoria B)Disponibilidade para viagensInformações adicionaisBenefícios: PDS (Prêmio por Desempenho Superior);Parcerias e Convênios (SESC, faculdades, restaurantes, lazer, cultura etc.);Plataforma de Desenvolvimento/ Educacional e Programas de Desenvolvimentos;Programa Gestante;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica Seguro de vida;Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição ou Vale Alimentação;Totalpass;Horário: 08:00 AS 18:00hLocal: Rua Jose Alves Bezerra, 277 - Prazeres
