Oportunidade para ANALISTA DE TRANSPORTES JR Com sede em Curitiba/PRVenha fazer parte do nosso #BioTeam!Missão:Apoiar os processos estratégicos da área de Transportes e da gestão de operações de armazenagem realizadas por operadores logísticos, com foco em homologação e governança de parceiros, integrações EDI, gestão documental, cadastros, controles, indicadores de desempenho, custos e melhoria contínua. Atuar na consolidação e análise de informações, no acompanhamento de níveis de serviço e planos de ação e no suporte a projetos da área, assegurando conformidade, qualidade dos dados, rastreabilidade e evolução dos processos. Desenvolver autonomia progressiva, mantendo alinhamento com a liderança e as áreas envolvidas.Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais Responsabilidades

Apoiar os processos de homologação, cadastro e gestão de transportadoras e operadores logísticos, garantindo a conformidade documental e a atualização das informações nos sistemas.

Realizar homologações e acompanhar integrações EDI, validando o fluxo, a qualidade dos dados e o tratamento de eventuais inconsistências. Manter cadastros, tabelas de frete, tarifas, prazos e parâmetros operacionais atualizados, assegurando a governança das informações. Acompanhar indicadores de transporte e armazenagem, analisando desempenho, nível de serviço, custos, produtividade, acuracidade de estoque e qualidade operacional. Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão e acompanhamento de planos de ação. Apoiar processos de cotação, BID e estudos logísticos, contribuindo com análises de custos, capacidade, cobertura e nível de atendimento. Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, automação, integração de sistemas e otimização de processos de transporte e armazenagem. Atuar em interface com transportadoras, operadores logísticos e áreas internas, prestando suporte em processos, integrações, indicadores e documentação. Apoiar auditorias, inventários, reuniões de desempenho e iniciativas voltadas à eficiência operacional e à melhoria dos resultados logísticos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar você precisa ter:Ensino Superior ou Tecnólogo, cursando ou completo, em Logística, Administração, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Inglês BásicoPacote Office e Outlook; Excel intermediário desejável; conhecimentos em ERP, TMS, WMS, Power BI, sistemas de integração e padrão PROCEDA.Conhecimento em:Homologação e gestão documental de transportadoras e operadores logísticos; noções de requisitos fiscais, regulatórios, securitários, qualidade e gerenciamento de riscos.Noções de integrações EDI e padrão PROCEDA, incluindo OCOREN, CONEMB e DOCCOB; noções de ERP, TMS e WMS; elaboração de roteiros de teste, evidências e acompanhamento de inconsistências.Indicadores de transporte e armazenagem; gestão de performance e SLAs; acuracidade. Noções de mapeamento de processos, melhoria contínua, governança e gestão de projetos.
