Oportunidade para ANALISTA DE TRANSPORTES PL Com sede em Curitiba/PRVenha fazer parte do nosso #BioTeam!Missão:Atuar na gestão estratégica e operacional de transportadoras, conduzindo os processos de prospecção, qualificação, homologação, contratação, cadastro, manutenção documental e avaliação de desempenho dos parceiros de transporte.Assegurar que as transportadoras estejam aptas a operar de acordo com os requisitos comerciais, operacionais, fiscais, regulatórios, securitários e de gerenciamento de riscos definidos pela empresa, contribuindo para a continuidade das operações, competitividade dos fretes, qualidade do serviço, conformidade dos processos e redução de riscos logísticos.Apoiar negociações, BIDs, implantação de novos fluxos e sistemas, gestão de tabelas de frete e projetos de melhoria contínua relacionados ao transporte, atuando com autonomia compatível com o nível Pleno e em interface com áreas internas e fornecedores.Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais Responsabilidades

Prospectar, homologar e desenvolver transportadoras, garantindo capacidade operacional, cobertura logística e conformidade documental dos parceiros. Conduzir processos de cotação, BID e negociação de fretes, analisando custos, prazos, nível de serviço e oportunidades de otimização. Gerenciar contratos, cadastros, tabelas de frete, tarifas e parâmetros operacionais nos sistemas corporativos. Monitorar a documentação legal, fiscal e securitária das transportadoras, acompanhando vencimentos, renovações e requisitos de compliance. Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho logístico, como OTIF, custos de frete, prazos de entrega, avarias, extravios e nível de atendimento. Desenvolver análises e relatórios gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisão e a melhoria contínua dos processos de transporte. Atuar no suporte às operações de transporte, auxiliando na definição de rotas, seleção de parceiros e tratativa de ocorrências operacionais. Conduzir reuniões de desempenho com transportadoras, acompanhando planos de ação e oportunidades de desenvolvimento dos parceiros. Interagir com áreas internas, como Expedição, Faturamento, Comercial, Fiscal, Suprimentos e Operadores Logísticos, garantindo alinhamento das operações. Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, automação, integração de sistemas e otimização dos processos logísticos, contribuindo para aumento da eficiência e redução de custos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar você precisa ter:Ensino Superior Completo nas área de (Logística, Administração e Engenharia de Produção). Pós Graduação em Logística, Supply Chain, TransportesInglês BásicoPacote Office, Outlook, PowerBI, TMS, ERP e WMSConhecimento em:Transporte rodoviário/aéreo/maritimo de cargas.Homologação e gestão documental de transportadoras;Prospecção e avaliação de parceiros transportadores;Composição e análise de tabelas de frete;Processos de cotação, BID e negociação;Gestão de contratos e níveis de serviço;Indicadores de transporte e gestão de performance;Noções de seguros de transporte e gerenciamento de riscosExcel avançado e Noções de BIUtilização de ERP e TMS.Elaboração de relatórios e apresentações gerenciaisSistemas de roteirização e cotaçãoIntegrações EDI, CONEMB, DOCCOB e OCORENMetodologias de melhoria contínuaOperações com produtos sujeitos a requisitos específicos de armazenamento, transporte, segurança ou controle regulatório.
