Estamos constantemente aplicando a experiência do nosso time para maximizar nossa produção, transformando O&G em valor para o Brasil.Venha crescer com a gente!Missão do Cargo:Impulsionar o desenvolvimento de talentos e capacidades organizacionais da Brava Energia, conectando estratégias de aprendizagem às necessidades do negócio, promovendo uma cultura de desenvolvimento contínuo, performance e segurança operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o levantamento de necessidades de treinamento junto às áreas clientes; Planejar, organizar e acompanhar treinamentos técnicos, comportamentais e de liderança; Apoiar programas de onboarding, trilhas de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento de talentos;Administrar e acompanhar plataformas LMS e indicadores de treinamento;Elaborar materiais, apresentações e conteúdos de aprendizagem; Acompanhar fornecedores, inscrições, pagamentos, cronogramas e orçamento de treinamentos;Monitorar indicadores de eficácia e participação dos programas de T&D; Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças, apoiando o desenvolvimento das equipes; Apoiar eventualmente nas atividades da área de Recrutamento & Seleção;Garantir conformidade dos treinamentos obrigatórios e regulatórios.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em Treinamento & Desenvolvimento; Vivência com gestão de treinamentos corporativos e LMS; Conhecimento em metodologias de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento; Experiência com plataformas / universidades corporativas será um diferencial.Excel e PowerPoint intermediário/avançado.Inglês
