Aqui, os diversos veículos são abrigados pelo inesquecível Edifício Gazeta, símbolo arquitetônico que se destaca na Avenida Paulista, 900.Seja FCL, seja memorável.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar e acompanhar a integração de novos colaboradores e as iniciativas de Educação Corporativa;Levantar necessidades e desenvolver programas de treinamento, desenvolvimento e formação de lideranças;Estruturar, implantar e conduzir os processos de avaliação de desempenho e gestão de metas;Conduzir pesquisas de clima e engajamento, acompanhando resultados e planos de ação;Desenvolver ações de Cultura Organizacional e engajamento;Consolidar e acompanhar indicadores de T&D, Performance, Clima e Cultura e elaborar relatórios gerenciais;Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças e áreas de RH;Gerir fornecedores e acompanhar programas e iniciativas de desenvolvimento de pessoas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos, Pedagogia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Educação Corporativa ou Desenvolvimento Organizacional;Experiência com programas de treinamento, integração e desenvolvimento de pessoas;Conhecimento em avaliação de desempenho, feedback e PDI;Experiência com pesquisas de clima e ações de engajamento;Conhecimento em indicadores de RH e elaboração de relatórios.Diferenciais: Experiência com plataformas de Educação Corporativa/LMS;Vivência com projetos de Cultura Organizacional;Experiência com implementação ou gestão de ciclos de Performance;Conhecimento em Power BI e indicadores de RH.
