Oferecemos mais do que hospedagem, mas sim, momentos únicos de lazer e entretenimento total que ficarão na memória de todos, pela vida inteira.Aqui na Aviva servimos com paixão pelas pessoas, por isso, estamos sempre em busca de talentos, que estão sempre em constante desenvolvimento, possuam mente aberta, superem obstáculos e contribuam com novas ideias.Responsabilidades e atribuições-     Analisar e manter atualizado o software de treinamento de acordo com o momento do negócio, de forma a informar e orientar a todos sobre os treinamentos, visando o desenvolvimento dos associados.-     Elaborar LNT (levantamento de necessidades de treinamento), de acordo com as necessidades dos gestores e negócio da empresa para atuar dentro da estratégia da Aviva.-     Participar da montagem do PAT (planejamento anual de treinamento), de acordo com o resultado do LNT (Levantamento de Necessidade de Treinamentos) e orçamento anual de capacitação geral, para nortear as ações de treinamento dentro do ano;-     Apresentar relatórios e indicadores diversos, através do PAT, orçamento, realização e avaliação, de forma a divulgar os resultados da operação de treinamento;-     Participar da promoção de cursos em geral, bem como toda sua logística, operação e execução, de acordo com a estratégia da empresa para capacitar e desenvolver os associados da Aviva;-     Ministrar cursos em salas de aulas (ou on the job), seguindo a programação e/ou prioridades definidas, sempre que necessário;-     Projetar orçamento anual de treinamento e contas a fins, com base no LNT e orçamento do ano anterior, para nortear o planejamento do orçamento do ano seguinte, através das demandas das áreas;-     Transmitir informação às demais áreas que influenciam direta e indiretamente na operação e logística dos treinamentos para todos se prepararem e adequarem às operações;-     Colaborar e contribuir em eventos corporativos, (Associado Fantástico, Link e etc) de forma a ajudar no planejamento e operação, visando as atividades de desenvolvimento organizacional.-     Manter atualizada grades de treinamentos e plano de aula com conteúdo programático para desenvolvimento do associado.-     Gerar controle de adesão e realização dos treinamentos previstos na grade de treinamento (plano e aula e conteúdo programático) -     Gerar engajamento e manutenção do programa Multiplicador de Treinamento da Aviva.-     Acompanhar e desenvolver programas de MBA, Escolas de Excel e Idiomas.-     Curadoria de conteúdos EAD (Educação A distância)Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Cursando em Administração de Empresas, Gestão de RH Psicologia ou afins).
