A vaga está aberta para todes!Nessa vaga o comissionamento pode chegar a mais de R$6.000 no mês, de acordo com a performance.Responsabilidades e atribuições📸 Suas responsabilidades como Analista de Vendas I serão:Ser responsável pela prospecção e acompanhamento de todos os funis de vendas: Pré-Venda, Pós-Venda (1º e 2º Giro), Repasse e UpSell.Monitorar diariamente o desempenho de cada funil no PipeDrive, garantindo dados atualizados e a execução correta das etapas.Manter contato ativo e consultivo com os formandos, apresentando as melhores condições e soluções conforme o estágio de compra.Realizar atendimento humanizado e direcionado, adaptando linguagem e abordagem de acordo com o perfil da turma.Apresentar produtos, condições e benefícios de forma clara e persuasiva, garantindo uma experiência positiva e assertiva.Acompanhar pagamentos e pendências, assegurando que o processo de fechamento seja completo e sem rupturas.Elaborar mensalmente o planner/weekly de metas e ações, alinhando-se à coordenação.Participar ativamente de plantões de vendas em Full Actions, especialmente em eventos que contem com a presença de familiares, representando a marca com empatia e foco em conversão.Apoiar as campanhas sazonais de virada de lote, remarketing e incentivo, assegurando a execução dentro dos prazos e padrões definidos.Acompanhar as viradas de lote dos seus projetos, gerando o novo flyer e e-mail padrão com informações atualizadas e encaminhando-os à coordenação para atualização no ERP.Trabalhar em sintonia com as áreas de Pós-Produção, Produção e Atendimento, garantindo que cada etapa da jornada do cliente ocorra de forma fluida e sem ruídos.Manter comunicação constante com essas áreas para alinhamento de demandas, acompanhamento de entregas e resolução ágil de eventuais pendências.Abrir chamados e solicitar materiais sempre que necessário para disponibilização de galerias, fotos e conteúdos de suporte ao cliente, assegurando prazos e qualidade na entrega.Requisitos e qualificações🔍 O QUE BUSCAMOS:Ensino médio completoExperiência em vendas ou comercialDiferencial:Experiência comercial no setor de audiovisual ou eventos📋 COMO SERÁ O PROCESSO?Assim como na criação de um álbum de fotos, no processo seletivo da Cena5 você também precisa passar por algumas etapas para alcançar o tão sonhado SIM.
