Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no processo de vendas internas de forma consultiva e remota, com foco principal em prospecção e qualificação de leads, podendo em determinadas situações apoiar ou conduzir o fechamento de negócios, utilizando metodologias de vendas, ferramentas digitais e gestão disciplinada de pipeline.Apoiar ativamente a equipe de Vendas na prospecção ativa e qualificação de leads, utilizando roteiros, ferramentas digitais e técnicas de abordagem consultiva, para identificar potenciais clientes e construir um funil de vendas saudável e aderente às estratégias comerciais.Conduzir reuniões e apresentações de soluções, aplicando metodologias estruturadas de vendas e adaptando a comunicação ao perfil de cada cliente.Registrar, atualizar e analisar informações no CRM, monitorando indicadores como taxa de conversão, tempo de ciclo e ticket médio.Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes ativos e potenciais, realizando follow-ups estruturados e propondo oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell, para estimular a fidelização e aumentar o valor da carteira.Colaborar com as áreas comerciais internas, compartilhando percepções sobre a qualidade dos leads e feedback das negociações, para alinhar a jornada do cliente e potencializar a geração de novas oportunidades.Participar de treinamentos, eventos e realiza visitas a clientes quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Superior Completo;

Experiência em Inside Sales: vendas consultivas e atendimento comercial;

Conhecimento de metodologias de vendas consultivas (SPIN Selling, BANT ou similares);

Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de CRM de vendas, com preferência para o Hub Spot.Informações adicionais Vantagens em ser #padtecker:
