Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de relacionamento com os principais Marketplaces em atividade, buscando o melhor posicionamento da de nossos produtos, visibilidade e rentabilidade para o canal; Atua diretamente na otimização de indicadores, campanhas, pricing, reputação e rentabilidade dos canais, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da operação. O analista pleno é considerado o dono do canal que atua, sendo responsável por todos os seus indicadores.Seu dia a dia será:Gerir relacionamento com o canal através de seus key accounts;Operacionalizar plataformas digitais de vendas ou seller centers, abrangendo não apenas a precificação dos produtos e frete mas também saber identificar as melhorias necessárias para os anúncios serem considerados anúncios de qualidadeRe-checagem de produtos cadastrados pelo analista júnior e anúncios de catálogo;Gerir o atendimento pré venda de perguntas e respostas de consumidores;Apoiar na resolução de problemas operacionais;Avaliar a concorrência e identificar oportunidades;Aplicar matemática financeira básica na precificação com foco na margem de contribuição;Apoiar na integração entre ERP, hubs e marketplaces para qualquer melhoria do canal;Identificar e analisar alavancas comerciais, bem como negociar espaços publicitários;Gerenciar KPIs e resultados (faturamento, volume, margem de contribuição necessárias para o atingimento de metas;Ser a pessoa responsável por identificar e reportar quedas da reputação de seus canais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você tem:Ensino superior completo (Administração, Marketing, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas);Experiência mínima de 2 anos em marketplace (como Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Via ou Shopee);Conhecimento de pricing e margem, acompanhamento de KPIs e sua análise;Experiência em estratégias de vendas digitais;Excel avançado;Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI;Conhecimentos em hubs de integração. Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Pós-graduação;
