Buscamos uma pessoa Analista Desenvolvedora Sênior para atuar na área de Pesquisa & Desenvolvimento (P&D), contribuindo para a construção e evolução de soluções tecnológicas de alta complexidade.Procuramos um perfil com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software e visão ampla de arquitetura, capaz de transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas robustas, seguras e escaláveis.Essa pessoa terá uma atuação bastante técnica e estratégica, participando desde a análise e desenho das soluções até a codificação, integrações, investigação de incidentes e definição de boas práticas, além de atuar como referência técnica para o time.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar requisitos de negócio e traduzi-los em especificações e soluções técnicas;Desenhar arquiteturas de sistemas considerando escalabilidade, segurança, performance e integração entre plataformas;Liderar tecnicamente projetos de média e alta complexidade;Apoiar tecnicamente equipes de Desenvolvimento, QA e Infraestrutura;Revisar e validar soluções técnicas propostas pelos times de desenvolvimento;Realizar análise de impactos, modelagem de dados, prototipação e elaboração de documentação técnica;Desenvolver e otimizar integrações entre sistemas internos e externos, incluindo APIs, serviços e barramentos;Realizar a codificação de bibliotecas, módulos e aplicações;Participar da definição de padrões, boas práticas e governança de TI;Investigar e apoiar a resolução de incidentes críticos, realizando análises de causa raiz (RCA);Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções alinhadas às necessidades do negócio;Acompanhar tendências tecnológicas e realizar estudos de viabilidade para adoção de novas ferramentas e plataformas;Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando e orientando profissionais de diferentes níveis de senioridade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software;Domínio de modelagem de sistemas;Forte conhecimento em desenvolvimento de software, com experiência sólida e obrigatória em C/C++; Conhecimento em outras linguagens (Java, C#, Python, Node.js, entre outras) é um diferencial.Conhecimento avançado em criptografia;Conhecimento avançado em redes de computadores;Conhecimento avançado em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux;Conhecimento avançado em arquiteturas distribuídas e integração de sistemas;Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;Forte conhecimento em desenvolvimento e integração de APIs;Capacidade de análise de performance, tuning e diagnóstico de ambientes produtivos;Experiência com ferramentas de versionamento e processos de CI/CD;Conhecimentos avançados em segurança da informação e proteção de dados, incluindo LGPD.
