Revisar, analisar e corrigir códigos gerados por ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, garantindo qualidade técnica, manutenibilidade, performance, segurança e aderência às boas práticas de desenvolvimento;

Desenvolver componentes, scripts, integrações e funcionalidades customizadas utilizando Javascript e outras tecnologias relacionadas ao ecossistema web;

Identificar falhas, riscos, vulnerabilidades e problemas de arquitetura em aplicações e automações, propondo e implementando melhorias;

Participar da definição de padrões, boas práticas e frameworks internos para desenvolvimento assistido por IA, automações e construção de aplicações;

Apoiar demonstrações técnicas, provas de conceito (POCs) e iniciativas de compartilhamento de conhecimento junto às equipes internas e clientes;

Contribuir para a evolução do acervo de IA da área de Inovação, incluindo workflows, bibliotecas de prompts, skills, agentes, documentações e materiais de referência;

Pesquisar, testar e implementar novas tecnologias, ferramentas e abordagens relacionadas à Inteligência Artificial, automação e desenvolvimento acelerado.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatórios

Formação em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações web;

Conhecimento sólido em Javascript;

Experiência com Git e fluxo de versionamento de código;

Conhecimento de APIs REST, JSON e integrações entre sistemas;

Capacidade de analisar, revisar e melhorar códigos gerados por ferramentas de IA;

Conhecimento de arquitetura básica de aplicações web e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;

Experiência com ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA, como Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable ou similares;

Capacidade de identificar problemas, investigar causas raiz e implementar correções de forma autônoma;

Conhecimento de princípios de segurança de aplicações web e proteção de dados.

Desejáveis

Experiência com N8N, Make, Zapier ou plataformas similares de automação;

Experiência com bancos de dados SQL ou NoSQL;

Experiência com integração de modelos de IA via APIs;

Experiência em desenvolvimento de agentes de IA e fluxos de automação inteligentes;

Participação em projetos relacionados à Inteligência Artificial Generativa.
