Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) RPA Sênior, com sólida experiência em Blue Prism, para atuar no desenvolvimento, evolução e sustentação de soluções de automação de processos. Buscamos um profissional com forte capacidade analítica, autonomia técnica e experiência em ambientes corporativos, que tenha facilidade para entender processos de negócio, propor soluções e interagir com diferentes áreas ao longo do ciclo de vida das automações. Conhecimento em Microsoft Power Automate, especialmente Power Automate Desktop e Cloud, será considerado um diferencial.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar processos de negócio e identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria;

Projetar, desenvolver, testar e implementar automações utilizando principalmente Blue Prism;

Criar e manter Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Environment Variables, Credentials e componentes reutilizáveis;

Aplicar boas práticas de arquitetura, segurança, performance, reutilização e manutenção;

Desenvolver mecanismos estruturados de tratamento de exceções, retentativas, logs e recuperação das automações;

Realizar troubleshooting e atuar na resolução de problemas em diferentes ambientes;

Monitorar e acompanhar mudanças durante desenvolvimento, testes, homologação e produção;

Participar de code reviews, garantindo a qualidade técnica das soluções;

Identificar oportunidades de otimização, melhoria e aumento da estabilidade das automações;

Interagir com áreas de negócio, infraestrutura, segurança e arquitetura durante o ciclo de vida das soluções;

Apoiar o levantamento e mapeamento de processos AS-IS e definição de processos TO-BE;

Elaborar e revisar documentação técnica e funcional das automações;

Atuar em metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban, utilizando ferramentas como Jira.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Formação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;

Mínimo de 3 a 4 anos de experiência com desenvolvimento de automações/RPA, com experiência relevante em Blue Prism;

Experiência avançada com:

Process Studio;

Object Studio;

Application Modeller;

Work Queues;

Exception Handling;

Retry e Recovery;

Credentials e Environment Variables;

Schedules e Control Room;

Release Management;

Experiência com automação de aplicações Web, Desktop, Excel, SAP e sistemas legados;

Conhecimento em integrações via APIs, Web Services e bancos de dados;

Experiência na criação de componentes, objetos e funções reutilizáveis;

Conhecimento de boas práticas de desenvolvimento, versionamento e governança de RPA;

Forte capacidade de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas;

Capacidade analítica e visão crítica sobre processos de negócio;

Experiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban.
