Definir e evoluir a modelagem de dados, garantindo performance, escalabilidade e governança. Otimizar automações com Flow, incluindo a substituição de soluções legadas. Configurar e manter o modelo de segurança e acesso (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules e Role Hierarchy). Projetar e implementar integrações via APIs REST/SOAP, com segurança, resiliência e governança. Definir a arquitetura técnica, promovendo reutilização de componentes e qualidade de código. Ser referência técnica do time, com mentoria, apoio a pessoas plenas e juniores e distribuição das demandas técnicas. Fazer code reviews, definir padrões de desenvolvimento e acompanhar indicadores de qualidade (cobertura de testes, análise estática, dívida técnica). Participar e conduzir refinamentos técnicos, estimativas e a definição de soluções, registrando as decisões. Acompanhar deploys entre ambientes, a validação pós-deploy e a evolução da esteira. Priorizar e direcionar bugs e incidentes, com análise de causa raiz. Levantar riscos e impedimentos técnicos para a liderança e representar o time em discussões técnicas com o cliente. Documentar as soluções técnicas e funcionais de forma clara e estruturada. Atuar em times ágeis, participando das cerimônias e da definição de soluções.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento Salesforce: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers e Flow. Domínio de processamento assíncrono (Batch, Queueable, Future e Scheduled) e dos governor limits da plataforma. Experiência com integrações REST/SOAP, Named Credentials e Platform Events. Conhecimento do modelo de segurança e compartilhamento do Salesforce. Vivência com ferramentas de Deploy Experiência fazendo code review e definindo padrões de desenvolvimento. Vivência orientando ou mentorando outras pessoas desenvolvedoras. Experiência em times ágeis (Scrum/Kanban)Participando de refinamentos e estimativas. Boa comunicação com times técnicos e áreas de negócio.Experiência com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
