Designer UX / Produto – JúniorBuscamos um(a) Designer UX/UI Júnior para integrar nosso time de produto e desenvolvimento, apoiando a criação de interfaces e experiências digitais funcionais, intuitivas, acessíveis e centradas no usuário, em plataformas web, mobile e desktop. #VemserGeoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Atuar em múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, adaptando-se a diferentes contextos, públicos, produtos e prioridades Apoiar a pesquisa e descoberta: coleta de feedbacks de usuários, desk research e benchmarking de interfaces similares Auxiliar no mapeamento de personas e jornadas do usuário Criar wireframes e protótipos de baixa e alta fidelidade, com apoio do time sênior Desenvolver layouts e telas responsivas, aplicando hierarquia, contraste, espaçamento e tipografia, de acordo com a identidade visual da marca Contribuir com a construção e manutenção do Design System, dos componentes reutilizáveis e do guia de estilo Utilizar ferramentas de IA de forma ética e responsável para apoiar pesquisa, ideação, prototipagem e produtividade, sempre revisando criticamente os resultados e respeitando as diretrizes de segurança e confidencialidade de dados Apoiar a realização de testes de usabilidade e a documentação dos resultados Aplicar as diretrizes de acessibilidade (WCAG) no design das interfaces sempre que possível Documentar fluxos, componentes e especificações e fazer o handoff para o time de desenvolvimento Colaborar com desenvolvedores, QA, Product Owner e gerente de produto em reuniões de alinhamento, brainstormings e revisões de implementação Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da usabilidade e da experiência dos produtos, com base em feedbacks e métricas de uso

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Cursando ensino superior ou tecnólogo em Design, UX, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de design e prototipação (ex.: Figma) Noções de wireframes, protótipos e princípios de design visual (hierarquia, contraste, tipografia e espaçamento) Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao design, com senso crítico e responsabilidade (ética, privacidade e proteção de dados) Organização e flexibilidade para trabalhar em múltiplos projetos com contextos diferentes, alternando entre demandas com autonomia Interesse em UX, UI, design de produto e experiência do usuário Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalho em equipe Perfil proativo, organizado e com vontade de aprender
