Designer UX / Produto – Júnior Buscamos um(a) Designer UX/UI Pleno para integrar nosso time de produto e desenvolvimento, atuando com autonomia na concepção, validação e evolução de interfaces e experiências digitais funcionais, intuitivas, acessíveis e centradas no usuário, em plataformas web, mobile e desktop.

#VemserGeoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Atuar de forma autônoma em múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, adaptando-se a diferentes contextos, públicos, produtos e prioridades Conduzir a pesquisa e descoberta: coleta e análise de feedbacks, desk research, benchmarking e estudos de mercado Apoiar na definição de personas, jornadas e fluxos de usuário, identificando funcionalidades essenciais e oportunidades de melhoria Participar da definição e documentação dos requisitos de design em conjunto com Product Owner, gerente de produto e stakeholders Criar wireframes e protótipos de baixa e alta fidelidade, apresentando e defendendo as soluções propostas Desenvolver layouts e telas responsivas, de acordo com a identidade visual da marca Apoiar na construção e manutenção do Design System Apoiar e conduzir testes de usabilidade, analisando os resultados e aplicando os ajustes necessários Garantir a acessibilidade das interfaces, seguindo as diretrizes WCAG, sempre que possível Utilizar ferramentas de IA de forma ética e responsável para apoiar pesquisa, ideação, prototipagem e produtividade, sempre revisando criticamente os resultados e respeitando as diretrizes de segurança e confidencialidade de dados Realizar o handoff e acompanhar a implementação junto aos desenvolvedores e ao QA, validando a fidelidade ao design

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Graduação ou tecnólogo em Design, UX, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas (concluído ou em fase final) Experiência comprovada como Designer UX/UI em projetos digitais (web e/ou mobile) Domínio de ferramentas de design e prototipação (ex.: Figma) Experiência na criação e manutenção de Design Systems e na documentação de componentes Experiência em pesquisa com usuários, testes de usabilidade e definição de personas e jornadas Conhecimento de acessibilidade digital e das diretrizes WCAG Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao design, com senso crítico e responsabilidade (ética, privacidade e proteção de dados) Experiência em atuar em múltiplos projetos com contextos diferentes, com organização, autonomia e capacidade de priorização Boa comunicação e experiência de trabalho colaborativo com times de produto e desenvolvimento Portfólio que demonstre processo de design e resultados

Diferenciais:Experiência com produtos para o setor público (GovTech) e soluções georreferenciadas (mapas, GIS/SIG, dados territoriais) e afins Experiência em produtos complexos, como plataformas corporativas, sistemas de gestão ou dashboards com grande volume de dados Experiência prática com IA no fluxo de design (ex.: síntese de pesquisas, geração de ideias, prototipação assistida) Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum) e com métricas de produto Noções de HTML/CSS ou de front-end, para facilitar a colaboração com desenvolvedores Experiência em mentoria ou orientação de designers juniores Interesse por tendências de UX, design digital e inteligência artificial
