Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstrução e Otimização de Bots SDR: Configurar, testar e aprimorar fluxos de atendimento automatizado (bot de pré-vendas/SDR), filtros de qualificação e distribuição inteligente de leads na plataforma Omnichannel.Integrações via N8N: Desenvolver e manter fluxos de integração automatizados via N8N conectando a plataforma Omnichannel ao RD Station Marketing e RD Station CRM.Gestão da Plataforma Omnichannel: Configurar regras de roteamento, monitorar SLA de resposta, distribuição de conversas entre atendentes e produtividade do time comercial/suporte.Mapeamento de Jornadas e Funil: Mapear e otimizar jornadas de clientes, criando disparos automatizados, segmentações dinâmicas e regras de lead scoring.Análise e Métricas de Desempenho: Acompanhar e reportar KPIs do funil (conversão do bot SDR, geração de MQLs/SQLs, tempo de resposta, CAC, receita atribuída e NPS/CSAT).Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prática em N8N: Domínio na criação de workflows, manipulação de dados (JSON/webhooks) e integração de sistemas via API.Foco em Automação de SDR e Bots: Vivência consolidada na construção de bots de qualificação, filtros de triagem e fluxos de pré-vendas em plataformas Omnichannel.Conhecimento Avançado no Ecossistema RD Station: Experiência prática na integração e gestão de dados entre RD Station Marketing e RD Station CRM.Gestão de Operação Omnichannel: Domínio em regras de atendimento, parametrização de canais (WhatsApp, Webchat, etc.) e acompanhamento de SLA.Domínio de Métricas do Funil: Forte conhecimento em métricas de marketing e vendas (taxas de conversão por etapa, tempo de primeiro atendimento, CAC, MQL/SQL).
