Procuramos um Analista de Engenharia Júnior com foco em Orçamento de Obras para integrar a nossa Sala Técnica de Engenharia na Hapvida.Se você é apaixonado por construção civil, possui perfil analítico, é atento aos detalhes e quer construir sua carreira em uma das maiores redes de saúde do país, esta oportunidade é para você!Nesta posição, você atuará de forma estratégica no apoio ao planejamento e avaliação do custo de obras, reformas e manutenções das unidades do grupo. Você fará a análise técnica de projetos, levantamento de quantitativos, elaboração e revisão de orçamentos, consulta a fornecedores e apoio na tomada de decisões sobre novos investimentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise de projetos e documentos técnicos para identificação detalhada de serviços, levantamento de quantitativos, alinhamento de escopos e mitigação de inconsistências.Elaboração de orçamentos e atualização constante de planilhas orçamentárias de obras, reformas e adequações físicas.Composição de custos unitários utilizando tabelas e bases de referência de mercado como SINAPI, SEINFRA e SICRO, além de cotações diretas.Cotação de insumos e serviços com fornecedores, organização de propostas comerciais e elaboração de equalização técnica e financeira de preços.Estudos de viabilidade técnica e econômica para dar suporte ao planejamento de novos investimentos e melhorias nas unidades.Gestão de documentação e conferência de dados orçamentários, garantindo o registro organizado, atualizado e preciso do acervo técnico.Acompanhamento de demandas da Sala Técnica, identificando e reportando riscos, dúvidas e pendências ao Coordenador de Sala Técnica.Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Graduação completa em Engenharia Civil ou Tecnólogo em Construção de Edifícios (aberto também a recém-formados).Domínio na leitura de projetos e interpretação de projetos de engenharia.Vivência com levantamento de quantitativos e orçamentação de obras (experiências acumuladas durante o período de estágio serão consideradas).Domínio de Excel Intermediário para organização de bases orçamentárias, fórmulas usuais, aplicação de filtros, tabelas e conciliação de dados.Domínio prático em AutoCAD e no pacote Microsoft Office.Conhecimento das tabelas de referência SINAPI, SEINFRA ou SICRO.Raciocínio analítico, excelente organização, atenção aos detalhes, boa comunicação e foco em prazos e qualidade.Desejável (Diferencial):Formação Técnica em Edificações.Conhecimento e vivência com o ERP SIENGE.Vivência anterior em Sala Técnica ou cotações técnicas no segmento da construção.
