Com o propósito de promover a sustentabilidade na relação entre a sociedade e o meio ambiente por meio de soluções inovadoras para a gestão de resíduos, buscamos profissionais que compartilhem dos nossos valores e que desejem gerar impacto positivo para integrar o nosso time.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de ESG Júnior para apoiar a gestão e a evolução das iniciativas de sustentabilidade da companhia .Entre suas principais responsabilidades estarão a compilação, consolidação e análise de informações e indicadores de sustentabilidade, bem como a elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e materiais destinados à divulgação de resultados e iniciativas da empresa para o mercado e demais partes interessadas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a gestão e o acompanhamento dos indicadores ESG da Companhia.Auxiliar na coleta, organização e consolidação de dados socioambientais e de governança das diferentes áreas da empresa.Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e reportes de sustentabilidade.Contribuir para o preenchimento de questionários e índices ESG, como CDP, ISE B3 e CSA S&P.Apoiar projetos relacionados à agenda climática, como a elaboração de Inventários de Gases de Efeito Estufa (GEE).Realizar pesquisas, benchmarkings e monitoramento de tendências, regulamentações e melhores práticas ESG.Apoiar ações de engajamento interno e comunicação relacionadas à sustentabilidade.Auxiliar no relacionamento com stakeholders internos e externos para obtenção de informações e acompanhamento de projetos.Organizar controles, cronogramas e documentação da área de ESG.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Ambiental, Gestão Ambiental, Economia, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas.Interesse e conhecimento básico em sustentabilidade corporativa e ESG.Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e PowerPoint.Boa capacidade de organização, análise de dados e atenção aos detalhes.Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.Inglês intermediárioExperiência prévia em trabalhos/estágios ou projetos relacionados à sustentabilidade, ESG ou meio ambiente.Conhecimento sobre mudanças climáticas, economia circular, gestão de resíduos ou Inventários GEE.Familiaridade com frameworks e padrões de reporte ESG, como GRI, CDP e IFRS S1/S2.Proatividade e vontade de aprender.Organização e gestão de prioridades.Perfil analítico e atenção aos detalhes.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
