É um time colaborativo, multidisciplinar e com foco na melhoria contínua.O novo integrante da equipe atuará com estudos, definição de estratégias e mapeamento de oportunidades na gestão do dos produtos digio.Se você é uma pessoa analítica, possui conhecimento em manipulação de dados e análise de riscos, tem perfil mão na massa, diagnosticar desvios e atuar com suporte técnico em consignado e autorizações, com foco em dados de alto volume e automações, curte trabalhar em ambientes ágeis e de constante mudança, vem conversar com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTer visão 360 dos produtos consignado e cartões Responsável pela definição, manutenção e monitoramento das políticas para:Administrar e evoluir estratégias de prevenção à fraude na esteira de onboarding e autenticação de clientes;Gerenciar regras, políticas e parâmetros dos motores de decisão (Neurotech, LexisNexis Risk Engine, Biometria, Documentoscopia e Bureaus);Monitorar indicadores de fraude, aprovação, conversão e experiência do cliente, propondo otimizações contínuas;Atuar na investigação de desvios, identificação de vulnerabilidades e implementação de ações mitigatórias;Conduzir testes, homologações e validações de novas regras, fluxos e fornecedores;Garantir aderência regulatória, conformidade e rastreabilidade das políticas antifraude;Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de Produtos, Tecnologia, Operações, Compliance e Risco;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em Prevenção à Fraude, Gestão de Riscos ou Estratégia de Crédito em instituições financeiras, fintechs ou meios de pagamento; Conhecimento em motores de decisão e autenticação, incluindo Neurotech, LexisNexis ou soluções similares; Experiência com estratégias de onboarding digital, validação cadastral, biometria facial, documentoscopia e consultas em bureaus; Conhecimento em análise de dados para construção e monitoramento de indicadores de fraude e performance; Conhecimento em SQL para consultas e análises; Capacidade analítica para identificação de padrões, vulnerabilidades e oportunidades de otimização; Experiência na elaboração, manutenção e monitoramento de regras e políticas antifraude   DesejáveisConhecimento em Databricks, Python ou ferramentas de análise de dados;Experiência com Device Fingerprint, MFA, 3DS, Tokenização e autenticação digital;Conhecimento dos produtos de crédito (Consignado, FGTS, Crédito do Trabalhador e Empréstimo Pessoal);Vivência em projetos regulatórios, Compliance, PLD/FT e Segurança da Informação;Experiência na condução de testes, homologações e implantação de novas estratégias;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e gestão de projetos.
