Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerenciar a frota de veículos, incluindo documentação, manutenção, seguros, multas, controles e relacionamento com fornecedores;

Coordenar viagens corporativas, acompanhando emissão de passagens, hospedagens, prestação de contas e cumprimento das políticas internas;

Apoiar a gestão de Facilities, acompanhando serviços de manutenção, limpeza, segurança patrimonial e infraestrutura predial;

Gerenciar fornecedores e contratos, acompanhando SLAs, níveis de serviço, custos e qualidade das entregas;

Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e acompanhar indicadores (KPIs) relacionados a custos, performance e eficiência operacional;

Apoiar processos de compras, cotações, negociações e contratação de serviços;

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, otimização de custos e ganho de eficiência nos processos sob sua responsabilidade;

Atuar no atendimento e resolução de demandas das áreas internas relacionadas a Facilities, Frota e Viagens.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência profissional de 3 a 5 anos em Facilities, Gestão de Frota, Viagens Corporativas ou áreas relacionadas;

Vivência com gestão de fornecedores, contratos, SLAs e negociação;

Experiência com acompanhamento de custos e indicadores;

Excel e PowerPoint em nível avançado;

Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à rotina profissional.

Será considerado diferencial

Experiência com sistemas de gestão de viagens corporativas, como Onfly, Argo, Turim ou Concur;

Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de frotas, telemetria e rastreamento;

Conhecimento em ERPs, como SAP, TOTVS ou Oracle;

Experiência em processos de compras e gestão de contratos de serviços.
