Objetivo da posiçãoBuscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, organizado e questionador para atuar nos processos de faturamento, garantindo a consistência das informações recebidas, o acompanhamento dos valores faturados e a identificação de possíveis desvios ou riscos de perda de receita.Além da atuação operacional e do relacionamento direto com clientes, essa posição terá um papel importante na evolução dos controles e indicadores da área, transformando dados de faturamento em informações para acompanhamento e tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidadesRealizar e acompanhar processos de faturamento de clientes;Analisar criticamente as informações recebidas para faturamento, identificando inconsistências, divergências e possíveis impactos financeiros;Realizar interface direta com clientes para alinhamento e tratativa de divergências;Controlar faturamentos parciais, saldos pendentes e valores ainda não faturados;Acompanhar o ciclo completo do faturamento, garantindo que os valores previstos sejam efetivamente faturados;Desenvolver e manter controles que permitam rastreabilidade das informações;Estruturar indicadores e dashboards para acompanhamento da operação;Analisar dados e identificar tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;Apoiar a automatização e melhoria dos processos da área;Elaborar análises e materiais gerenciais para suporte à gestão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos técnicosEssenciaisExperiência com processos de faturamento;Excel avançado;Capacidade de trabalhar com grande volume de dados;Experiência na criação e acompanhamento de controles e indicadores;Conhecimento de processos de conciliação e análise de informações financeiras;Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com clientes.DesejáveisPower BI;Power Query;Conhecimento de SAP/ERP;Experiência com automação de controles e processos;Conhecimentos básicos de banco de dados serão considerados um diferencial.Perfil comportamentalAnalítica e atenta aos detalhes;Organizada e disciplinada com controles;Questionadora, que não apenas execute uma informação recebida sem avaliar sua consistência;Com senso de responsabilidade sobre os valores sob sua gestão;Com iniciativa para investigar divergências e buscar soluções;Com postura profissional e firme para interação direta com clientes;Paciente para conduzir tratativas, sem perder capacidade de posicionamento;Interessada em melhoria de processos e tecnologia;
