Nesta posição, você será responsável por garantir a interface eficiente entre a instituição e as operadoras de saúde, assegurando que todas as liberações de cirurgias, exames e materiais ocorram dentro dos prazos necessários para uma cobrança hospitalar sem atritos. Venha construir uma carreira sólida em uma empresa que valoriza a excelência operacional e o cuidado com os processos!Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a solicitação e o acompanhamento de autorizações de cirurgias eletivas e de urgência junto às operadoras de saúde e convênios médicos;Gerenciar pedidos de OPME (Órteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais), procedimentos complexos, materiais e medicamentos utilizados durante o período de internação hospitalar;Executar a conferência de documentos essenciais para o envio das guias e atuar ativamente na correção e tratativa de pendências apontadas pelos convênios;Monitorar o status das solicitações nos portais, atuando de forma rápida na resolução de divergências e reversão de negativas;Validar se todos os itens obrigatórios para faturamento possuem a devida liberação, comunicando eventuais gargalos às áreas parceiras;Realizar o atendimento a clientes internos e externos, prestando suporte e informando sobre o andamento dos processos de autorização;Atualizar registros, relatórios e históricos de tratativas nos sistemas hospitalares utilizados pela instituição.

Requisitos e qualificações ObrigatórioExperiência prévia consolidada na área de administrativo hospitalar, faturamento ou contas médicas;Vivência prática com solicitação de autorizações e gestão de guias junto a operadoras de saúde;Domínio das ferramentas do Pacote Office (Excel e Word);Formação superior completa ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas.DesejávelConhecimento intermediário ou avançado em tabelas de referência e terminologias médicas (como TUSS e CBHPM);Experiência anterior com rotinas de auditoria de contas ou liberação de OPME;Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão hospitalar (HIS/ERP).
