Atuar no suporte à gestão financeira da unidade, realizando análises econômicas e financeiras, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho, elaborando projeções e relatórios gerenciais, além de fornecer informações que contribuam para a tomada de decisões estratégicas e operacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo do Cargo:Atuar no suporte à gestão financeira da unidade, realizando análises econômicas e financeiras, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho, elaborando projeções e relatórios gerenciais, além de fornecer informações que contribuam para a tomada de decisões estratégicas e operacionais. Principais Atividades Fechamento Financeiro e Contábil

Realizar análises das contas contábeis, garantindo a correta classificação dos lançamentos. Revisar e validar provisões contábeis e financeiras. Apoiar a avaliação de impactos financeiros e reflexos contábeis das operações.

Análise de Resultados e Projeções

Monitorar e analisar o desempenho mensal das unidades de negócio. Identificar e reportar variações em relação ao orçamento, ao período anterior e ao mesmo período do ano anterior. Elaborar projeções de resultados e estimativas de fechamento mensal. Consolidar informações e premissas fornecidas pelas diversas áreas da empresa.

Controle de Despesas Operacionais

Conduzir reuniões periódicas para acompanhamento dos gastos operacionais. Comparar despesas realizadas com o orçamento previsto e projetar tendências de fechamento. Acompanhar a execução de planos de ação voltados à correção ou redução de desvios identificados.

Suporte à Gestão e Estratégia

Desenvolver apresentações gerenciais e executivas para fóruns de resultados e liderança. Elaborar materiais de comunicação sobre desempenho financeiro para gestores e diretoria. Realizar estudos de precificação, margem de contribuição e rentabilidade dos negócios. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação de processos, análises de causas e desenvolvimento de soluções para aumento da eficiência operacional.
