Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro para cuidar da rotina financeira, contábil e administrativa da empresa, incluindo contratos de clientes, parceiros e consultores, contas a pagar e a receber, cobranças, folha de pagamento entre outros. É uma posição estratégica para quem gosta de organização, tem atenção aos detalhes e sabe lidar com múltiplas frentes ao mesmo tempo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Fazendo parte do nosso time de Analista Financeiro, você ira ser responsável por:

Realizar a conciliação contábil e financeira, identificando, coletando, mensurando e analisando todos os eventos financeiros e contábeis da empresa Gerenciar os contratos de clientes, parceiros e consultores, controlando vencimentos e datas de reajuste dos contratos de serviço Realizar cobrança de contratos inadimplentes Controlar contas a receber de clientes e contas a pagar de fornecedoresControlar autorizações e acertos de viagem realizados pelos colaboradores Processar folha de pagamento (cálculo de salários, benefícios, encargos) Controlar férias, admissões, demissões e demais rotinas de departamento pessoal Realizar conciliação bancária e controle de fluxo de caixa Controlar e providenciar a renovação de alvarás, licenças e certidões junto a órgãos públicos (prefeitura, estado, Corpo de Bombeiros, entre outros) Acompanhar o pagamento de tributos e obrigações fiscais municipais, estaduais e federais Gerenciar a emissão e atualização de certidões negativas de débitos (CND) e demais documentos exigidos para participação em licitações/contratos, se aplicável Realizar o controle e registro dos equipamentos da empresa (patrimônio)

Emitir relatórios de desempenho financeiro e administrativo para apoiar a tomada de decisão Garantir organização e arquivamento correto da documentação financeira e contratual

Requisitos e qualificações Habilidades e Conhecimentos Desejáveis:Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras, contábeis e/ou departamento pessoal Conhecimento em folha de pagamento e legislação trabalhista básica Domínio de Excel/Planilhas (intermediário/avançado) Organização, proatividade e boa comunicaçãoFacilidade para lidar com prazos e múltiplas demandasGostar de encantar as pessoas com muita empatia, honestidade e transparência;Quais atributos pessoais são necessários para você se dar bem nessa oportunidade?Inteligência emocional para saber se relacionar com nossos clientes, times e parceiros;Ser organizado;Proatividade e foco no trabalho de excelência; Planejamento e Organização;Iniciativa e habilidade para solucionar problemas;
