Realizar o acompanhamento diário da carteira de Contas a Receber, controlando títulos a vencer, vencidos e recebidos; Efetuar a baixa de títulos recebidos no sistema, garantindo a correta identificação e apropriação dos pagamentos; Realizar conciliação dos recebimentos e apoiar a identificação e regularização de divergências; Acompanhar pagamentos não identificados, valores pagos parcialmente, diferenças de valores, juros, descontos e demais inconsistências; Controlar e atualizar os controles de títulos em aberto e vencidos, mantendo as informações da carteira atualizadas; Realizar as rotinas administrativas relacionadas à inadimplência, incluindo preparação, controle e acompanhamento dos processos de negativação junto ao Serasa e encaminhamento de títulos para cartório, conforme procedimentos internos; Acompanhar os processos de retirada de negativação e regularização de títulos após a confirmação do pagamento; Controlar os prazos e retornos relacionados aos processos de Serasa e cartório, garantindo que as etapas sejam realizadas corretamente; Apoiar a equipe de cobrança com informações, documentos, posição de títulos e histórico financeiro dos clientes, sempre que necessário; Apoiar o levantamento de informações para reuniões de inadimplência e fluxo de caixa, fornecendo dados atualizados sobre a carteira; Elaborar e atualizar relatórios e controles da área, como posição de recebimentos, títulos vencidos, inadimplência e previsões de recebimento; Atender às demandas das áreas Comercial, Faturamento, Financeiro e demais áreas internas relacionadas à situação financeira dos clientes; Apoiar a identificação de divergências cadastrais ou financeiras que possam impactar o recebimento; Manter documentos, controles e informações da área organizados e atualizados; Cumprir os procedimentos internos e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de Contas a Receber.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida em rotinas financeiras, com foco em contas a receber e cobrança;Experiência na elaboração e análise de relatórios gerenciais, indicadores e apresentações financeiras;Conhecimento em Excel IntermediárioDisponibilidade para atuação presencial.
