Venha fazer parte da construção de uma nova operação no mercado financeiro!A Conexão Talento está conduzindo o processo seletivo para a o seu cliente, empresa em fase de crescimento no mercado de investimentos, que busca um(a) Analista Financeiro e de Controladoria para assumir um papel estratégico na organização financeira do negócio.Essa é uma oportunidade para quem busca mais do que executar rotinas financeiras: você terá espaço para estruturar processos, organizar controles, analisar indicadores e contribuir diretamente para a evolução da gestão financeira da empresa.A posição terá atuação próxima aos sócios e será responsável pelo acompanhamento financeiro de diferentes unidades do negócio, com possibilidade de crescimento junto à expansão da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pelas rotinas de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber;Realizar conciliação bancária e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa;Apoiar provisões e fechamento financeiro mensal;Atualizar e acompanhar controles e números financeiros;Elaborar e acompanhar DRE gerencial, orçamento, realizado x orçado e forecast;Analisar desvios e investigar inconsistências nos números;Controlar receitas, despesas, comissões, bônus e custos de pessoal;Acompanhar os resultados financeiros das diferentes unidades e centros de custo;Realizar controles financeiros relacionados às operações e diferentes formas de recebimento;Elaborar relatórios e indicadores para acompanhamento dos sócios, apresentando de forma clara as principais variações;Atuar em interface com a contabilidade, bancos, fornecedores e consultores externos quando necessário;Apoiar testes, validações e melhorias no sistema financeiro interno;Identificar oportunidades de automação e redução de processos manuais;Contribuir para a estruturação e evolução dos processos financeiros da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosFormação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;Experiência profissional em Financeiro, Controladoria, FP&A ou rotinas equivalentes;Conhecimento prático de:Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber;Conciliação bancária;Fluxo de caixa;DRE;Orçamento;Indicadores financeiros;Análise de realizado x orçado;Excelente domínio de Excel;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e ferramentas de tecnologia;Perfil analítico e organizado.Será um diferencialExperiência com Power Query e/ou Power BI;Conhecimento ou experiência com automação de processos e  Ancord;Familiaridade com IA generativa aplicada ao trabalho;Experiência no mercado financeiro;Vivência com empresas que trabalhem com comissionamento ou receitas variáveis;Conhecimentos de contabilidade e sua interface com o financeiro;Experiência com planejamento, análise financeira ou controladoria.
