Responsabilidades e atribuições

Principais Responsabilidades

·Realizar lançamentos e conferências de notas fiscais e documentos financeiros; 

·       Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa da empresa;

·       Organizar a programação semanal de pagamentos, realizando lançamentos e inclusões no sistema bancário;

·       Realizar a conciliação de vendas realizadas por cartões de crédito, débito e links de pagamento;

·       Realizar o fechamento de caixas das lojas, incluindo conferência de saldos e controle de sangrias;

·       Conferir diariamente os extratos bancários, identificando pagamentos efetivados, pendências e eventuais divergências;

·       Apoiar o fechamento financeiro diário, realizando o controle e a conferência das movimentações financeiras;

·       Identificar, analisar e apoiar a correção de divergências entre os controles internos, extratos bancários e sistemas;

·       Acompanhar o movimento diário de pagamentos e recebimentos da empresa;

·       Emitir e analisar relatórios financeiros, contribuindo para o acompanhamento dos resultados e movimentações;

·       Interagir com as áreas internas para esclarecimento e resolução de pendências financeiras;

·       Apoiar as rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber e conciliações financeiras;

·       Manter os controles e documentos financeiros organizados e atualizados.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas; Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras; Conhecimento em contas a pagar e/ou contas a receber; Conhecimento em conciliação bancária e financeira; Excel em nível intermediário; Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade analítica; Facilidade para trabalhar com números e controles. Diferenciais:

Experiência em empresas de varejo; Conhecimento em sistemas ERP; Experiência com conciliação de cartões e meios de pagamento; Conhecimento em fluxo de caixa;
