Responsável por controlar, registrar e acompanhar as obrigações financeiras da empresa com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, garantindo a correta validação de documentos fiscais, lançamentos no ERP Mega, conciliações, retenções tributárias e programação de pagamentos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos. Atuar com organização, atenção aos detalhes e comunicação com áreas internas, fornecedores, contabilidade e tesouraria, a fim de assegurar a conformidade dos processos de contas a pagar e o suporte ao fechamento contábil mensal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber notas fiscais de fornecedores, verificar dados como CNPJ, valores, impostos e prazo de vencimento, bem como conferir pedido de compra ou contrato correspondente, a fim de assegurar a consistência das informações para registro e pagamento.Registrar os documentos validados no ERP Mega, parametrizando corretamente conta contábil, centro de custo, forma de pagamento e data de vencimento, para garantir a correta contabilização e programação financeira.Comparar nota fiscal, pedido de compra e recebimento de mercadoria ou serviço, identificando e reportando divergências, a fim de liberar o pagamento de forma correta.Montar a régua de pagamentos diária ou semanal, gerar arquivos de remessa bancária e acompanhar a liquidação junto ao banco, para assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos financeiros.Calcular e verificar retenções de IRRF, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, ISS e INSS sobre serviços, conforme a legislação vigente, a fim de garantir a conformidade tributária dos pagamentos.Reconciliar o saldo da conta contábil de fornecedores na razão com o saldo do módulo de contas a pagar, identificando diferenças e propondo ajustes, para manter a consistência das informações financeiras.Levantar provisões de notas ainda não recebidas, validar a competência dos lançamentos e atender solicitações da contabilidade e auditoria, a fim de contribuir para o fechamento contábil mensal.Responder dúvidas sobre status de pagamento, solicitar documentos faltantes e negociar prazos em caso de inconsistências, para garantir o alinhamento das informações e a continuidade do processo de pagamento.Apoiar no fortalecimento da cultura de sustentabilidade da empresa, respeitando as diretrizes, normas e políticas socioambientais aplicáveis.
