Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista Financeiro I – Tesouraria, apoiando as rotinas financeiras relacionadas a pagamentos, conciliação bancária, controle de caixa, movimentações bancárias e suporte às demandas da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar relatórios diários de movimentação financeira com base em extratos bancários.Registrar débitos bancários no sistema e apoiar o fechamento contábil por meio das conciliações.Analisar movimentações bancárias, identificando inconsistências e realizando as tratativas necessárias.Realizar e acompanhar pagamentos de despesas, adiantamentos e devoluções de viagens.Controlar saldos em caixa e em contas bancárias, solicitando aplicações ou resgates conforme necessidade.Efetuar pagamentos de títulos aprovados no ERP, com inclusão nos sistemas bancários.Criar, acompanhar e baixar títulos de adiantamento a fornecedores no sistema ERP.Realizar baixas de títulos de pagamento para viabilizar a conciliação bancária.Executar conciliações bancárias e tratar pendências no sistema ERP.Emitir e enviar comprovantes de pagamento para áreas internas ou fornecedores, quando solicitado.Apoiar a gestão do caixa em espécie, incluindo disponibilização de recursos, pagamentos, conciliações e prestação de contas.Acompanhar recebimentos e pagamentos relacionados a eventos, campanhas e ações, prestando esclarecimentos às áreas demandantes.Apoiar a atualização cadastral da empresa junto às instituições financeiras.Receber, conferir e lançar informações relacionadas a aplicações financeiras para apoio ao fechamento contábil.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais relacionados às atividades da área, quando necessário.Apoiar visitas técnicas aos clientes conforme demandas relacionadas à função.Atualizar procedimentos, mapas de processo, matriz de registros e indicadores da área, conforme alterações de processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras, tesouraria, contas a pagar, conciliação bancária ou atividades similares.Conhecimento em sistemas ERP.Excel em nível intermediário.Noções de matemática financeira serão consideradas um diferencial.
