Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver e revisar modelos financeiros, análises de viabilidade, valuation, cenários e sensibilidades.Atender às demandas de bancos e fundos para análise, renovação e manutenção de crédito.Avaliar propostas de financiamento, incluindo custos, prazos, garantias e covenants.Validar premissas com as áreas internas e preparar análises e apresentações para a liderança.Acompanhar NDAs em conjunto com o Jurídico e apoiar due diligences e organização de data rooms.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Excel avançado.Inglês Avançado.Domínio de demonstrações financeiras integradas, fluxo de caixa descontado e custo de capital. Desejável formação complementar em modelagem financeira, valuation e análise de investimentos.Desejáveis cursos de project finance, estruturação de crédito. Vivência no relacionamento com instituições financeiras e em processos de crédito ou financiamento.Perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes, organização e comunicação clara.
