Como analista financeiro boletim caixa o colaborador irá garantir que os valores recebidos provenientes da venda de produtos/mercadorias (nas operações de lojas) em dinheiro sejam corretamente depositados no cofre. A atividade visa identificar eventuais erros, verificando a conformidade entre os relatórios financeiros e os registros de vendas mais depósitos. Ademais, visa a prevenção de fraudes e detecção de desvios, contribuindo para a proteção dos recursos da companhia. Ao melhorar o controle financeiro, a atividade proporciona um acompanhamento mais preciso das entradas e saídas de dinheiro, promovendo maior segurança e eficiência nas operações financeiras da organização. Atua no controle e acompanhamento diário do fluxo de caixa da empresa, garantindo a acuracidade das informações financeiras, conciliações bancárias e suporte à elaboração do boletim de caixa para apoio à tomada de decisão da gestão financeira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConciliar todos os recebíveis da companhia;Acompanhar a liquidação de títulos e vencimentos e realizar a baixa em sistema e cobrança de débitos em aberto; Realizar conciliação de retornos e pagamentos, confeccionar borderôs, emitir extratos bancários e realizar negociação e recuperação junto aos inadimplentes;Efetuar a conciliação de todos os meios de pagamento da companhia;Acompanhar o saldo de caixa de cada um dos estabelecimentos da companhia;Efetuar rotinas de conferência de processo de vendas, sangria e gestão de numerários;Cuidar dos números de PECLD da companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência na área de contas a receber.Formação: ensino superior completo.Conhecimentos técnicos:Pacote office;ERP SAP;Domínio das normas contábeis.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale transporte ou estacionamento no local;Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio creche ou acompanhante;Cooperativa de crédito – Barracred;Clube de descontos – Allya;Convênio academia – Gympass;Sistema de trabalho híbrido - presencial e à distância.Bonus anual.
