Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na gestão e manutenção dos cadastros de clientes, contratos e serviços nos sistemas corporativos, assegurando a integridade das informações, o correto registro das condições comerciais e a disponibilidade dos dados necessários para os processos de faturamento.

·       Principais responsabilidades

·        Realizar a abertura e manutenção de cadastros de clientes, fornecedores, contratos e demais registros necessários nos sistemas corporativos;

·       Receber, analisar e validar propostas encaminhadas por sócios, áreas internas e clientes;

·       Interpretar informações contratuais e comerciais para garantir o correto registro nos sistemas;

·       Efetuar o cadastro de serviços, condições de faturamento e demais parâmetros necessários para a emissão de faturas;

·       Assegurar a consistência e qualidade das informações cadastradas, realizando conferências e validações periódicas;

·       Atuar na atualização de dados cadastrais e contratuais, garantindo aderência às informações vigentes;

·       Prestar suporte às áreas internas em questões relacionadas ao cadastro e parametrização de contratos;

·       Identificar e corrigir inconsistências cadastrais que possam impactar os processos financeiros e operacionais;

·       Elaborar controles e relatórios de acompanhamento relacionados às atividades da área;

·       Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles de cadastro.

Requisitos e qualificações·       Ensino superior completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas;

·       Experiência prévia em rotinas de cadastro, análise documental ou atividades administrativas correlatas;

·       Vivência com cadastramento de clientes, contratos, fornecedores ou serviços em sistemas corporativos;

·       Capacidade de interpretação de propostas, contratos e documentação de suporte;

·       Conhecimento básico ou intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;

·       Familiaridade com sistemas ERP ou plataformas de gestão empresarial.
