Como Analista Financeiro Júnior, você navegará pelas diversas frentes do financeiro (Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, Cobrança e Fechamentos), cobrindo picos de demanda, substituindo frentes estratégicas e ajudando a transformar a operação em uma área de inteligência de dados e automação.Se você quer aprender o financeiro de ponta a ponta, gosta de variedade na rotina e quer colocar em prática ideias de inovação e IA em um ambiente colaborativo, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuições Rotinas de Contas a Pagar e Receber: Conferência minuciosa de lançamentos e aprovações, liberação de pagamentos bancários, faturamento completo e envio de documentos a clientes. Tesouraria e Conciliação: Execução de conciliação bancária diária, baixa de recebimentos e apoio ao controle do fluxo de caixa e relatórios de liquidez. Fechamentos e Controles Periódicos: Apoio nos fechamentos mensais de caixa e cartão corporativo, controle de folha de pagamento e atualização de relatórios de inadimplência. Análise de Crédito e Recuperação de Receita: Suporte na elaboração de pareceres financeiros para novos clientes (mitigação de riscos) e atuação na cobrança preventiva/negociação com inadimplentes. Inovação, IA e Automação de Processos: Identificar tarefas repetitivas nas frentes por onde passar (conciliações massivas, triagem de comprovantes, etc.) e propor o uso de ferramentas digitais e Inteligência Artificial para automatizar rotinas manuais e integrar dados no ERP. Compliance e Indicadores: Garantir o alinhamento de todos os processos com as políticas de auditoria interna e apoiar na geração de relatórios de performance para a liderançaRequisitos e qualificações Formação: Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Excel: Nível intermediário para avançado (essencial domínio de fórmulas lógicas, PROCV/X, fórmulas de data e tabelas dinâmicas para conciliações e relatórios diários).Conceitos Financeiros: Entendimento sobre regime de competência, fluxo de caixa e conciliação bancária.IA e Automação de Processos: Ter familiaridade ou interesse no uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial e automaçãopara otimização de rotinas manuais, cruzamento de dados de extratos ou leitura inteligente de documentos.Perfil: Alta flexibilidade/adaptabilidade (gostar de alternar prioridades e atuar em diferentes rotinas), excelente organização, gestão do tempo, atenção aos detalhes e agilidade no cumprimento de horários bancários.Informações adicionaisDesejável:Conhecimento prévio em sistemas ERP. Experiência anterior em rotinas de Contas a Pagar, Receber ou Tesouraria.Experiência ou interesse em ferramentas de visualização de dados (Dashboards/Power BI).Inglês ou Espanhol básico/intermediário.
