Se você quer se desenvolver, venha fazer parte do time de uma das melhores empresas para se trabalhar!Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar lançamentos e conferências de documentos financeiros, garantindo a exatidão das informações registradas;Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Efetuar a programação e controle de pagamentos, acompanhando vencimentos e fluxo de desembolsos;Apoiar as atividades de conciliação bancária, identificando divergências e contribuindo para sua regularização;Controlar e atualizar planilhas financeiras, fornecendo informações confiáveis para a tomada de decisão;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho financeiro para acompanhamento da gestão;Realizar conferência de notas fiscais, boletos e demais documentos, garantindo conformidade com normas e procedimentos internos;Auxiliar no acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa e na projeção de movimentações financeiras;Atender fornecedores e áreas internas para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas a pagamentos, recebimentos e processos financeiros;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos financeiros, propondo controles e otimizações que aumentem a eficiência da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Excel intermediário, com habilidade para elaboração de planilhas, controles e análises financeiras;Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP;Conhecimento em rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber;Noções de conciliação bancária, fluxo de caixa e controle financeiro;Vivência na conferência, lançamento e acompanhamento de notas fiscais, boletos e demais documentos financeiros;Conhecimento em programação de pagamentos e acompanhamento de vencimentos;Habilidade na elaboração, atualização e manutenção de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores financeiros;Boa capacidade analítica, organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar com prazos, controles e grande volume de informações;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para interação com áreas internas e fornecedores.
