Estamos em busca de um Analista Financeiro Pleno para integrar a nossa equipe.O profissional será responsável por apoiar a gestão financeira da empresa, atuando nos processos de contas a receber, cobranças, gestão de faturas, demandas contábeis e lançamento e liberação de pagamentos para agregados/ autônomos. Junte-se a nós e candidate-se agora!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Gestão e controle dos pagamentos dos motoristas (saldos, adiantamento de fretes e vale pedágios); • Validação dos processos para liberação do pagamento junto aos bancos e ao sistema de pagamento de autônomos; • Conferência dos processos junto a área de comprovantes e contratação de autônomos; • Envio para o Departamento Pessoal do pagamento de autônomos para a apuração dos impostos (RPA); • Pagamento de adiantamento da frota, pernoite e descolamento por aplicativo; • Rotinas de contas a receber; • Controle de fluxo de caixa, acompanhamento de saldos bancários recebíveis; • Gestão de faturas, baixas de recebíveis, controle de inadimplência e gestão de cobranças; • Interface com área contábil (interna/ externa) e controladoria; • Manter registros financeiros precisos e atualizados, assegurando a conformidade juntos as normas contábeis e regulatórias; • Preparar relatórios financeiros para apuração de resultados por competência, clientes e demais fontes pagadoras; • Auxiliar na preparação de documentos para auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a conformidade com as políticas internas e legislações vigentes aplicáveis; • Fornecer suporte estratégico na viabilização de projetos que impactem em rotinas financeiras. Requisitos e qualificações(O) Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Gestão Financeira, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas; (O) Pacote Office e Excel avançado; (D) Pós-graduação; (D) Power BI; (D) Ingles Intermediário.   (O) Obrigatório(D) DesejávelInformações adicionais👩‍⚕️Convênio médico sem custo para o colaborador🦷Convênio odontológico sem custo para o colaborador🍽️ 🍎Vale alimentação ou vale refeição R$35,00🚌Vale transporte🪪Seguro de vida💲PLR💪Total Pass💻ICPP (Programa de Incentivo de Capacitação Profissional)😌 Programa Bem-Estar (Atendimento psicológico e ginástica laboral)🚗Estacionamento no local
