Este(a) profissional será responsável por controlar os compromissos financeiros da empresa, acompanhar o fluxo de caixa e contribuir para a segurança, eficiência e conformidade dos processos financeiros.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a inclusão de pagamentos bancários e a baixa de títulos de contas a pagar; Executar a baixa de títulos de contas a receber e as conciliações bancárias diárias; Elaborar relatórios semanais de movimentação e posição de caixa; Acompanhar os prazos de pagamento a fornecedores e de recebimento de clientes; Atuar nos processos de tesouraria, câmbio e operações intercompany; Analisar riscos de crédito e encaminhar internamente os casos conforme a política vigente; Liberar ou bloquear clientes de acordo com as definições da política de crédito e cobrança; Acompanhar casos de inadimplência e realizar follow-up com vendedores e representantes; Apoiar a implementação e a melhoria contínua das políticas de crédito e cobrança; Atender clientes, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços em assuntos relacionados à área financeira; Realizar follow-up com as áreas Fiscal, Compras e Comercial para adequação dos pagamentos e prazos; Conferir relatórios de viagens e despesas com cartão de crédito; Efetuar o faturamento mensal de serviços.

Requisitos e qualificações

O que buscamos

Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Administração de Empresas; Experiência em contas a pagar e receber, tesouraria, fluxo de caixa, crédito e cobrança; Conhecimento em câmbio e operações intercompany; Conhecimento no ERP Protheus; Excel avançado; Inglês intermediário.
