Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista Financeiro Pleno para integrar nossa equipe e fortalecer a comunicação entre os #sanguelanranja e as lideranças da empresa. Essa pessoa será responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias de comunicação interna, garantindo o engajamento, alinhamento e disseminação de informações relevantes para todos os setores.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiberação e controle de faturamento, custos e receitas;Análise e planejamento de projeto de faturamentoAnálise de processos com foco em melhoria contínua;Apoiar nas auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentação e informações necessárias;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos financeiros e propor soluções eficientes;Compreensão dos princípios contábeis e financeiros;Análise de cadastro de empresas de fornecedores e clientes, será responsável pelos cadastros e atualizações de consultores (prestadores de serviço), projetos e empresas;Relatório de acompanhamentos de horas de prestação de serviço;Rateio para lançamentos de despesas (padrão grupo);Apoio a demanda comercial com informações de faturamento e custo;Apoio com as áreas internas do grupo com demandas que tem atuação do departamento de forma em geral.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil de alta capacidade comportamental com boa oratória e boa organização;Esta posição terá como principais responsabilidades o acompanhamento nos processos, criação e melhoria contínua de reports para as diversas áreas de negócios do grupo;Formado em faculdade de Administração, área Financeira, Gestão de Processos Gerenciais ou área correlatas;Experiência na área Financeira em atividades relacionadas: Controladoria, FP&A ou Tesouraria;Conhecimento em Excel avançado;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP4HanaInformações adicionaisAtuação hibrida.
