Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidades e atribuições: Atuar na cobrança ativa, negociação e recuperação de valores em aberto;

Realizar a gestão e o acompanhamento da inadimplência e da carteira de clientes;

Emitir boletos e acompanhar os recebimentos;

Processamento e conferência de retornos de lotes bancários;Baixas e conciliação de recebimentos;Envio e acompanhamento de cobranças encaminhadas ao jurídico;Acompanhamento de protestos, baixas e demais tratativas relacionadas;Controle de títulos em aberto e acompanhamento dos pagamentos; Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios e indicadores de cobrança e contas a receber;

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência compravada em cobrança, contas a receber e/ou gestão de inadimplência;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, especialmente Sienge, será considerado um diferencial;Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado um diferencial.Perfil que Buscamos:Procuramos uma pessoa organizada, analítica, proativa e responsável, com boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação. É importante ter atenção aos detalhes, autonomia para conduzir as rotinas da área, senso de urgência e orientação para resultados e cumprimento de prazos.
