Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro Pleno - Contas a Pagar para atuar na gestão e controle das obrigações financeiras da empresa, assegurando a correta programação e execução dos pagamentos, cumprimento de prazos e conformidade com as políticas internas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar lançamentos, conferências e programação de pagamentos de fornecedores, prestadores de serviços, impostos, taxas e demais obrigações financeiras.Efetuar conciliações bancárias e conferir movimentações financeiras.Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de pagamento, evitando multas e juros.Analisar documentos fiscais e financeiros para validação dos pagamentos.Controlar e acompanhar fluxo de caixa de curto prazo relacionado às obrigações financeiras.Dar suporte aos processos de fechamento financeiro mensal.Interagir com fornecedores e áreas internas para esclarecimento de divergências e regularização de pendências.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores da área financeira.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo documentos e informações quando necessário.Buscar melhorias contínuas nos processos financeiros, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada na área financeira com foco em contas a pagar.Conhecimento em conciliação bancária, fluxo de caixa e rotinas financeiras.Experiência com sistemas ERP.Excel intermediário a avançado.Conhecimento em retenções tributárias e documentos fiscais será considerado diferencial.
