Saiba mais sobre a vaga abaixo e inscreva-se!Somos Aché. ​Somos Potência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades e responsabilidades do cargo:Participar juntamente com times de Novos Negócios, P&D e Marketing do desenvolvimento dos business cases do lançamento de novos produtos, desde concepct to book e book to launch;Liderar análise financeira das aprovações dos lançamentos, estruturando modelo financeiro de viabilidade e apresentações para comitês de liderança;Suportar as demais áreas nas análises e dúvidas financeiras referentes ao lançamento de novos produtos;Realizar análises de P&L, apontando desvios reais frente ao orçamento, sugerindo recomendações de ações para minimizar desvios;Entender os fatores de aderência dos books para realidade para construção de business cases mais aderentes (canibalização, “grau de inovação”, time to market); Acompanhamento e apresentação de dados e insights do portfolio de novos produtos, com performance por “safra” de aprovação, especialidade;Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara esta posição é necessário ter: Experiência em modelagem financeira complexa;Pensamento estratégico de negócios (sistêmico) e planejamento estratégico;Habilidade para gerenciar projetos e equipes multi funcionais de forma eficazExcel avançado;Curso superior em administração, economia ou engenharia.Será um diferencial: Pós-Graduação e/ou MBA em gestão de negóciosInglês avançadoLocal de trabalho: Bairro Pinheiros - São Paulo-SPModelo: Presencial de segunda a quinta-feira e home office às sextas.Horário da jornada: segunda a quinta das 07h15 às 17h e sexta-feira das 07h15 às 12h15Estamos comprometidos com a transparência em nossos processos seletivos e prezamos por uma experiência segura para nossos(as) candidatos(as).
