Buscamos um(a) Analista Financeiro Sênior para ser a referência técnica de finanças da YOUVISA. Você será responsável por toda a rotina financeira, pela saúde do caixa e por transformar números em informação útil para a tomada de decisão da liderança.

É uma posição de autonomia e visibilidade: você vai falar diretamente com o sócio/CEO, terá espaço para propor e implementar melhorias, e vai construir processos que ainda não existem.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRotina financeira e tesouraria:

●         Gestão, controle e execução completa de contas a pagar e a receber, incluindo programação e lançamentos de pagamentos.

●     Conciliação bancária diária e conciliação das plataformas de pagamento (gateways, adquirentes, PIX, boleto e cartão), incluindo taxas, antecipações, parcelamentos e repasses.

●         Tratamento de chargebacks, estornos, cancelamentos e reembolsos a clientes, com controle de prazos e de exposição financeira.

●      Gestão de pagamentos em moeda estrangeira (taxas consulares, fornecedores e parceiros internacionais), acompanhamento de variação cambial e fechamento de câmbio.

●         Controle de repasses e comissionamento de parceiros, afiliados e canais B2B.

Planejamento e análise (FP&A):

●        Elaboração e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa diário, semanal e projetado.

●        Construção e revisão do orçamento anual, com acompanhamento mensal de realizado versus orçado e análise de desvios.

●        Fechamento mensal e elaboração do DRE gerencial, com análise de margem por produto, canal e serviço.

●        Apuração e acompanhamento de indicadores da operação (ticket médio, CAC, margem de contribuição, inadimplência, burn e runway).

●        Construção de análises e cenários para apoiar decisões de precificação, novos produtos e investimentos.

Controladoria, fiscal e compliance:

●        Interface com a contabilidade terceirizada: envio e conferência de documentos, validação de apurações e acompanhamento do fechamento contábil.

●        Conferência de emissão de notas fiscais, apuração de impostos e obrigações acessórias, junto ao escritório contábil.

●        Relacionamento com bancos, adquirentes e demais instituições financeiras.

●        Organização e guarda de contratos, controle de renovações e de despesas recorrentes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:

●        Formação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.

●        Experiência sólida (a partir de 5 anos) em rotinas financeiras.

●        Domínio de conciliação de meios de pagamento (cartão, PIX, boleto, gateways e adquirentes).

●        Excel em nível avançado: PROCV/ÍNDICE+CORRESP, tabelas dinâmicas, modelagem de cenários e construção de fluxo de caixa.

●        Vivência com fechamento mensal, DRE gerencial e análise de indicadores.

●        Conhecimento prático de rotinas fiscais brasileiras e de interlocução com contabilidade terceirizada.

●        Boa comunicação escrita e capacidade de apresentar números para quem não é da área financeira.

Desejável:

●        Experiência em startup, e-commerce, marketplace ou empresa de serviços digitais com alto volume de transações B2C.

●        Vivência com pagamentos internacionais, operações de câmbio e contas em moeda estrangeira.

●        Experiência prévia em estruturação de área financeira do zero ou em processo de reorganização.
