Essa posição terá atuação relevante em Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, conciliações, fluxo de caixa e fechamento financeiro, além de interface com bancos, fornecedores e auditorias. Procuramos um perfil com autonomia, visão crítica e interesse em melhoria contínua e automação de processos. Principais responsabilidades

Executar e acompanhar rotinas financeiras, garantindo acuracidade, qualidade das informações e cumprimento dos prazos;

Desenvolver análises de fluxo de caixa, projeções financeiras e indicadores de performance;

Revisar e validar lançamentos e conciliações financeiras de maior complexidade;

Participar ativamente do fechamento mensal, contribuindo para a assertividade das informações financeiras;

Atuar na interface com bancos, fornecedores, auditorias internas e externas;

Apoiar a liderança financeira em demandas e tratativas de maior complexidade;

Atuar como referência técnica para o time, compartilhando conhecimento e apoiando o desenvolvimento dos demais analistas;

Apoiar operações envolvendo mútuos, AFAC e transações com partes relacionadas;

Garantir a adequada execução dos controles bancários, incluindo alçadas de aprovação, procurações, assinaturas, cadastro de contas e beneficiários e segregação de funções;

Atuar com meios de pagamento e integrações bancárias, incluindo PIX, TED, DDA, boletos, arquivos CNAB, conciliação bancária automatizada e Open Finance;

Identificar oportunidades de automação, utilização de IA e melhoria dos processos financeiros;

Participar e/ou liderar iniciativas voltadas à eficiência operacional da área.

Requisitos e qualificações.O que esperamos de você: Graduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência consistente em posições financeiras, preferencialmente 5 anos ou mais, com atuação em Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber, conciliações, fluxo de caixa e fechamento;

Experiência com interface e atendimento a auditorias;

Conhecimento de operações de mútuo, AFAC e partes relacionadas;

Domínio de controles e processos bancários;

Conhecimento de meios de pagamento e integrações bancárias;

Excel avançado;

Conhecimento intermediário de PowerPoint ou ferramenta similar;

Experiência com sistemas ERP.Será um diferencial:

Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas relacionadas;

Experiência com SAP Business One;

Vivência com VAN Bancária, especialmente Finnet e/ou Nexxera;

Experiência em projetos de automação, IA, eficiência operacional ou melhoria de processos;

Conhecimentos de legislação fiscal e dos impactos tributários nos processos financeiros.
